My new goal

the journey, not the destination

That's my new goal over the next 4 weeks. A measurable, distinct, and timed goal that will hopefully help to bring me a little peace. I need to work through the journey to get to the destination - so I might as well work at enjoying the journey a little more.

That's a great breakthrough. Yes, you have a long journey ahead of you, but there are still little roses to be smelled along the way :)
