Poor Jake Peavy

We're Baseball fans in our house. Cubs come first, and all other teams - except for the White Sox & Cardinals - run a close second.
But ever since Jake Peavy appeared in ESPN magazine last year, I've been quite "smitten" with him. That probably explains why The Boy got me up last night to read that story. Poor guy, trying to do something for humankind... and gets jail time.
Everyone knows that airport cops aren't REAL cops!

WE're just trying to get excited about Adam La Roche and what the batting order will be (it is being compared to the early 90s with Bonds, Bonilla, and Van Slyke). I still think come September we'll be reading how much money the team will be saving once they trade him to the Tigers.
