My mom & dad have this strange fascination with what I cook. Before I hung up the phone with them, my mom said, "PLEASE take a picture so we can see!"

So, here you go. Here is my masterpiece - chicken & stuffing (yes, it was Thanksgiving chicken instead of turkey), green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, corn, crescent rolls, and Diet Pepsi.


This was the first Thanksgiving that The Boy & I spent together - last year, he went home to spend the holiday with his family, and I stayed in KY to spend it with mine. I was a little apprehensive about not being with my mom & dad, but between The Boy & our company, it turned out to be an awesome day!
